Sola scriptura, but paired with an unusually positive Protestant retrieval of the church fathers — arguing the Reformation's claim was continuity with the ancient church, not a fresh start.

66 books, argued in direct engagement with Catholic and Orthodox claims.
Searched and not located. The question this locus asks — how far the fall disabled human nature, and whether the will can turn to God unaided — is not one his public corpus takes up. His two full-length solo videos on Calvinism argue divine and human causation rather than anthropology: 'Calvinism Isn't Crazy!' (26 min, chapters on compatibilism and on Augustine and Aquinas on unconditional election) and 'Calvinism: What Everyone Misses' (15 min, on dual causation), both framed as theological-triage appeals for patience between Calvinists and non-Calvinists. Where he does treat the fall — chapter 5 of Retrieving Augustine's Doctrine of Creation, and the video 'Were Adam and Eve Historical People?' — the subject is the historicity of Adam against evolutionary science, not the extent of the damage.
WORTH CORRECTINGDo not fill this from his other cells. Unconditional election and perseverance are recorded for him, and the survey that fed this corpus called him 'standard Reformed Baptist across the board' — but this locus asks a different question, and a Protestant working the patristic-retrieval seam can state the fall's effects in Augustinian terms that do not map cleanly onto the Reformed 'bondage' label. Leaving this open is what keeps that possibility visible; filling it from his tradition would erase it.
Satan is a real person, not a metaphor, and he has been disarmed and disgraced at the cross, so no one trusting Jesus needs to fear him. Most of the fight is ordinary: Ephesians 6, reading Scripture aloud, preaching the gospel to yourself, confession. But when he and his wife feel oppressed, he prays with authority in Jesus' name and commands whatever is not in submission to Jesus to leave, and he insists it is not a matter of technique or ritual.
WORTH CORRECTINGQuoted from a machine transcript of the episode audio, in which he speaks alone. The timestamps were not checked against the video. He also warns, after C. S. Lewis, against both preoccupation with Satan and scepticism.
"We'll pray with authority in the name of Jesus. And one of the things I've been praying lately is this prayer. If there is anything here that is not in submission to Jesus, we command that it leaves."Truth Unites, "Satan: Answering the Biggest Questions", 6 January 2025, c. 27:52
