What finally happens to people who reject God?

Christians have given three answers: the lost are punished consciously and forever, they finally cease to exist, or in the end everyone is restored. On this map the first answer is close to unanimous. Nobody here holds either of the other two. Michael Heiser comes closest: he holds the question open, with a stated lean toward the lost ceasing to exist.
